Beautiful Soul truly lives up to its name, and the owner, Jordan, is a beautiful soul herself. My time here was absolutely amazing! Jordan takes great pride in keeping her space immaculate, and it shows. If I ever needed to downsize my current spa, I would return to Beautiful Soul in a heartbeat.

Jordan is an absolute dream to work with. I had a boutique inside Beautiful Soul Spa Suites for a few years. She let me customize (and re-customize over and over again) to truly let MY business be it's own in her space. She was always super supportive and constantly gave mini tours to new people, introduced them to the business in the space and gave them insight on how to shop or book with other providers. On top of that, IF there was any issue, like an overflowed toilet, power outage, or even something as small as the coffee maker not working, Jordan was quick to make sure it got fixed. We NEVER went without. And if something did need attention, she would keep up communication with the providers the whole entire time. You truly won't find another salon/spa owner like Jordan anywhere else in this area. She is one of a kind!

This is my first spa type atmosphere as a provider and I feel Jordan has done an exceptional job with BS. I have been to other spa type businesses(hair including) and I feel first of all as a client she makes it so calming and relaxing. As a tenant (I don't own it) she is always willing to make things better, communicates to her tenants almost daily and in a positive way. She also shares our IG posts, as well as encourages us to be ourselves and to keep going when things are slow etc. I think she is amazing honestly!

I can't say enough good things about having Jordan as a landlord! I've been a tenant for four years, and she is always open to ideas and very quick to respond to any needs or issues. There's never been anything that I've brought to her attention that hasn't been taken care of right away. She has high standards of cleanliness, atmosphere, and professionalism. The experience of you and your clients is very important to her. I hear horror stories from friends who rent in other suites in Omaha, where maintenance issues are ignored for weeks or months. Jordan truly cares about you and your success. She's such a light to be around and gives Beautiful Soul all of her heart and personal touch. It's not just a business for her and it shows. I can't recommend renting a Beautiful Soul Suite enough!

I feel incredibly fortunate to rent my esthetics business from such a wonderful and supportive person. From the moment I started at Beautiful Soul, I knew there was a reason our paths crossed. The space is impeccably neat, tidy, and beautifully designed, reflecting the dedication and care Jordan puts into making it an amazing environment. Jordan is a fantastic landlord! She is always asking if there is anything we need or anything to improve on.
